Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Nawaz Sharif has said that new elections or in-house change would be dangerous for the country as it was passing through a critical time.
Speaking to a private television on Thursday he said that his party was not supporting the incumbent government, adding that media is accusing the PML-N of siding the PPP led coalition government.
“We all should take steps with wisdom”, Nawaz Said, adding that the performance of the government has been poor especially in addressing the gas load shedding and inflation and other such issues.
He urged that the rulers should work for the welfare of the masses. He added “ we want to save the democratic system”.
Nawaz said that he was not aware of the US stance regarding PML-N, on being asked whether America was not happy with his party.
He said that he did not wanted to come into power through the US support.
