Karachi: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Sindh Director Muazzam Jah has asked Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) to pin point the elements involved in RS 22 billion corruption case on its own so that the FIA could arrest them.
Speaking at a press conference here on Thursday he said that although the FIA has arrested chairman of the National Insurance Corporation (NICL) Ayaz Niazi along with six other directors of the NICL in connection with the NICL scam while another accused Ameen Qasim Dada was still at large.
He said that there were information that the accused was present in the country. He asked Dada to face charges against him in court of law.
Jah said that the FIA Lahore has also been requested to send its team to Karachi as the accused could be nabbed through the concerted efforts.
He said that the FIA had recommended the government to announce reward money of Rs 1 million for apprehending Ameen Qasim Dada.
