Islamabad: The Supreme Court on Monday ordered Techno Rental Power company to submit Rs 1.8 billion pay order, which the company received in advance payment, within half an hour .
A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard the case.
The court was told that Rs 9.8billion advance payment was made to the 9 rental power plants and1 4 billion was reimbursed from four rental power plants.
Justice Khalilur Rehman Ramday in his remarks about load management plan said that they felt that the country was going back to the stone era,while the CJ said that the domestic consumers had been deprived of the utility.
