Karachi: Japan External Trade Organization (Jetro) will set up a Japan pavilion at the 6th Expo Pakistan to be held from October 20 to 23 for the first time, it said in a statement.
The exhibition offers an opportunity for all the participating companies to enhance their business in the Pakistan market.
JETRO will look forward to welcoming many visitors to its pavilion and wants the exhibition to be success for all those who desire to establish business linkage with Japan, it added.
The Japan pavilion intends to showcase Japanese brands in various sectors, including automobiles, auto-parts, electro-medical equipment, consumer items as well as services. It will feature a JETRO booth which will provide detailed information about the latest developments in the Japanese market and prominent Japanese companies.
The individual booths at the pavilion will include those of Allied Engineering, Fujifilm Pakistan, Honda Cars, Indus Motor, JETRO, Kansai Paints, Orix Leasing, Pak Suzuki, PAAPAM, Pakistan Japan Business Forum (PJBF), Technology Links, Thal Engineering and Trans-Continental Pharma.
JETRO is the trade and investment arm of the Japan government. It has its office in Karachi since 1956.
