Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has said the recent visit of Pakistan Muslim League-N President Nawaz Sharif to Sindh was just an attempt to make people fool.
Speaking to volunteers of Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation at the MQM headquarters Nine Zero, the MQM chief said the politicians had always exploited calamities for their political interest and politics was being done over Sindh floods.
Discussing about the Nawaz’s Sindh visit and his public meetings in the flood-hit province, Altaf said the villagers of other areas were being brought for the meetings. If one would do politics after arriving from other place then other people would also dare to speak against him, he added.
He said the people of Punjab are being given impression that MQM is an enemy of the country but the truth is that Muttahida is a patriotic party and spreading in Punjab rapidly.
