Shawal: The second most top commander of Pakistani Taliban has said that the two kidnapped Swiss nationals are in their custody.
They said they wanted to release the Swiss nationals in exchange for the release of Pakistani female scientist Aafia Siddiqui.
The Swiss pair was abducted in the southwest Baluchistan province earlier this month.
Talking to the Associated Press on Thursday Taliban commander Waliur Rehman made the announcement. He added that the Swiss nationals have not been tortured.
In case Aafia Siddiqui is not released, he said the future of the Swiss nationals will be decided by a Taliban court.
