ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday has issued notices to Najam Sethi, Zaka Ashraf and other concerned authorities in a case regarding the appointment of Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman.
As per details, a petition has been filed by former member of the Board of Governors retired Commodore Arshad Hussain in the LHC while Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi has been conducting the hearings of this petition.
During the hearing, the applicant argued that the removal of the PCB chairman and notification to dissolve the Board of Governors is not valid and requested the court to restore the PCB Board of Governors.
After hearing the applicant’s request, the LHC issued notices to Najam Sethi, Zaka Ashraf and other concerned authorities and adjourned the case till May 15.
