KARACHI: Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif has called Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz’s (PML-N) prominent leader Mumtaz Bhutto in Governor House of Karachi.
PML-N Sindh leader has been called at Governor House situated at Karachi for one-on-one meeting. Mumtaz Bhutto might be given important post for PML-N Sindh or governmental level, sources said.
Sources added that when PM Nawaz Sharif called Bhutto, the rumours started to circulate regarding the governorship. However, no such decision as of late has been taken so far by the Nawaz on his visit to Karachi.
The meeting between the two leaders of PML-N will be held at 3 pm. The Sindh party of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, is hopeful that Mumtaz Bhutto must get this opportunity as he has the experience of tackling the critical issues including the law and order crises.
Sources also claim that it was Bhutto, who cancelled Muttahida Quami Movement leader, Farooq Sattar’s invitation of cabinet meeting. PML-N Sindh claims that if governor rule gets imposed, Mumtaz Bhutto can carry the position effectively.
