New Delhi: Indian media has hatched up a new conspiracy to pressurize Pakistani team touring India after trapping them in a new fixing scandal, a Pakistani newspaper reported on Saturday.
According to sources in India, different Indian news channels have setup groups of sting operation specialists in order to drag Pakistani team in a new fixing scandal.
According to Indian channel Aaj Tak, leading Indian media groups have appointed teams, consisting of journalists, to secretly keep an eye on the movement of the players.
The channel said that the Zee News, a top Indian channel, has appointed two journalists to get a breakthrough via sting operation but restricted movement of Pakistani team has provided them with no chance till now.
The two journalists have also taken police officials into their confidence and are keeping a close eye on the movement of the players through secret cameras.
The report also revealed that The Times of India, one of principal news groups in India, had also hired a sting operation specialist, affiliated with Indian news channel DNA News. The journalist is famous for his sting operations and recently exposed the scandal of five Indian cricketers and umpires during Indian Premier League (IPL).
It is to be mentioned here that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has laid some strict guidelines for its players for the tour of India which includes restrictions on attending private dinner parties and not entertaining any friends at the team hotel.
