Washington: A technological device has been introduced that charges mobile phones in just 7 seconds.
According to reports agencies, a technology company named “Swapery” has developed a new device that can charge a mobile phone in just 7 seconds. Experts have explained that the device with this advanced technology contains lightweight multiple batteries that connect to the phone through a magnetic holder behind the mobile phone and attach to the phone’s port.
Each installed battery in the device weighs approximately the same as two double-A size batteries, and it is compatible with all smartphones. Users place their phones on the “Swapery” device, which automatically removes the used battery and replaces it with a fully charged battery.
This remarkable device can hold up to 5 batteries simultaneously, and its creators say it is an economical solution for a family’s use. The device was showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) held in Las Vegas from January 9 to 12, 2024, and its sales are expected to begin in the second quarter of this year.
The expected price of the Swapery device is £180 (PKR 63,656.76) however the real price would be confirmed after the device is released for the public later this year.
