Continuous Decline in Dollar’s Value, Hits the Lowest Level in 6 Months

Karachi: The value of the dollar against the rupee is continuously decreasing, causing the dollar to reach its lowest level in 6 months.

According to market sources, on the first day of the business week, the trend of the dollar’s depreciation in the interbank market continued, and the dollar fell below 282 rupees, just like in the past weeks. During the business day, fluctuations persisted, but until the close of the exchange market, the dollar closed at 281 rupees and 65 paisas, a decrease of 1 rupee and 3 paisas in the interbank market.

On the other hand, in the open currency market, the dollar closed at 280 rupees and 50 paisas, a decrease of 1 rupee.
