Islamabad: In a significant development, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the sentence of PTI chairman Imran Khan and ordered his release. This decision comes after the IHC expressed suspicion regarding the August 5th order issued by the trial court.
It’s worth noting that PTI lawyers had submitted an application to the IHC, requesting that Imran Khan not be arrested in any other case. However, the court has yet to address this plea, focusing instead on the suspension of Imran Khan’s sentence and his subsequent release.
