RAWALPINDI: Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir is all set to get married after Eid al Adha, TheNewsGlobal.com reported.
Wedding dates have already been set for Amir. He will have three wedding functions in Lahore on 19th, 20th and 21st of this month.
Amir tied knots with British-origin Pakistani girl Nargis in September 2014. When reached for a comment on the matter, Amir told The Express Tribune “I felt it was the right time for me to get into a relationship.”
He added: “One has to get a life partner at some stage of life, so I decided to do it now. I didn’t feel the need to wait any longer.”
In response to a question, Amir said with a smile that he liked Nargis and married her only after her parents’ approval.
