The Last Exam

In Pakistan, people usually die due to terrorist attacks and in accidents. If someone dies in due to terrorism, can be called as ‘Shayed’ as he was killed by terrorists but what about the soul of Mr.Moen Manzoor Student of private institute, Lahore who took his last breathe due to heat stroke in university. Moen came to university as he has to appear in his final term exams which led him to his final destination. Words are not enough to console the family of departed soul and May his soul rest in peace. The university authorities sadly announced the news and students are equally depressed and broken hearted.
The question which cliché me and other readers is ‘who is responsible for this’? The answers can be varied as students will say the university management is responsible and owners would say its is the natural death. Okay if I and you agree with the later statement because I am living in Pakistan and here people die more often and we are speechless as we used to be. Though its cruel reality of us that we are the witness but we can’t say as Helen Keller truly said for us’ we have eyes but see not, have ears but listen not’. I admit it is the natural death of the student, but I know students and children have been killed by terrorists as it happened in APS and Charsada University, Peshawar.

Blaming games in Pakistan is the favorite one and people criticize Government, the concerned authorities and managements. But who will stop this blame game and save the innocent life of people in Pakistan. If you remember the last month of Ramadan 2015, people died in Karachi due heat stroke and shortage of water. Then who is responsible? If we ourselves have elected our leaders then to whom we complain now? No one will substantiate and give you justification of any act but we are answerable to our lord. . Life for the one who has left this world is the last thing to loss but now it is up to us how many lives we can save and how we can save.

I must say this is not to blame anyone; this is the time to take steps for protecting our fellows If Government have given the notice that all educational institutes will remain close during Ramadan, the notifications should be made. If heat stroke cab be controlled, steps should be taken. We have to stay united in all adversities and perform your vital role for saving humans.
