LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket team’s top order batsman Mohammad Hafeez congratulated new Twnety20 skipper Sarfraz Ahmed and extended his full support.
In response to a question from journalist, Hafeez stated “I always speak truth, and I will, but let the right time come.”
Hafeez was gutted by the question from another journalist about his injury and why it was hidden from management, and skipped the question by only saying that it is not the right time to answer this question.
Hafeez also spoke about his bowling action and stated that he is working hard and will bring a good news for his fans.
“I have been working hard on my bowling action, it has been halted due to my injury a bit, but I m determined to make a comeback by the end of this year, may be I bowl during England tour.” stated Hafeez.
Cricket and media experts have termed this brief media talk a hint of upcoming blast. Former Test cricketer Siknadar Bakht was of the opinion that Hafeez might expose insiders of PCB as Waqar Younis did before resigning.
