Army deployed in Islamabad: situation under control

ISLAMABAD: Qadri protesters are sitting at D Chowk Islamabad whereas security of important buildings has been handed over to Army and Rangers for security reasons.

Protesters are sitting at D-Chowk to protest against the government whereas mobile phones connections and metro bus services have not been restored until now.

Protesters have stated that they will only discuss their terms with high level government representatives such as Senator Ishaaq Dar.

Protesters also destroyed a metro station during the day whereas, police has been arresting protesters leaving the scene for supplies and other provisions.

Authorities have allowed provision of water to the protesters however hundreds have been arrested so far to be moved to jails at different locations.
