DUBAI: Pakistan team selection committee has decided to add Sharjeel Khan and Mohammad Sami into Asia Cup T20 and World Cup T20 squad, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
Shahid Afridi had hinted that Pakistan T20 squad can be changed and the innings of Sharjeel Khan against Peshawar Zalmi and five wicket haul of Mohammad Sami against Karachi Kings had put selectors to think for quick changes in the side, annnouncement of the inclusion of both players is likely in a day or two.
Also, there are reports that Pacer Rumman Raees and  batsman Babar Azam are having some fitness issues as well.
Iftikhar Ahmed and Rumman Raees are likely to be dropped to adjust both these PSL stars in Pakistani squad for mega events.
Current Pakistani squad for mega events is as follow,
Mohammad Hafeez, Shoaib Malik, Shahid Afridi, Umar Akmal, Sarfraz Ahmed, Immad Wasim, Anwer Ali, Babar Azam, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Amir, Iftikhar Ahmed, Mohammad Irfan, Rumman Raees, Wahab Riaz, Khurram Manzoor.
