ISLAMABAD: Oil and Gas Regularity Authority (OGRA) sent the summary to government to cut the prices of petroleum products from February 1.
According to OGRA sources, reduction of Rs 7.56 per liter is expected in petrol price if the government agreed to reduce the additional GST.
Price of high speed diesel is expected to reduce by Rs 11, high octane Rs 10.15 per liter, kerosene oil Rs 8.17 per liter and light diesel price could go down by Rs 7.36 per liter.
In February prices of petroleum products should go down following the sudden decline in the price of crude oil in international market to 13-year-low, observers say.
