RIYADH: Prime Minsiter of Pakistan along with Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif hold a important meeting with with Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz and Saudi defence minister in Riyadh, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
PM Nawaz asked to resolve the tension between two countries through dialogue. Nawaz Sharif also clarified that any threat to Saudi Arabia’s territorial integrity will evoke a response from Islamabad.
Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz said that they want good relations with Muslim countries. After arriving in Saudi Arabia, the army chief met Saudi defence minister and discussed the regional issues.
Later, PM Sharif held a meeting with Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz in Riyadh. They discussed important regional issues with a focus on the tension between Saudi Arabia and Iran.
The members of the Saudi cabinet were also present at the meeting.
Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, National Security Advisor Nasir Khan Janjua and Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi accompanied the Prime Minister.
