MUMBAI: Finally the search of Bollywood Dabbang Khan, Salman Khan has finished as Bollywood Diva Anushka Sharma has signed his upcoming film ‘Sultan’, TheNewsTribe.com learnt from Indian media.
The rumour of Anushka Sharma’s involvement first surfaced a few months ago but then she denied, saying she was never offered the film.
Now, Yash raj Films’s casting director Shanoo Sharma took to Twitter to announce that the “Bombay Velvet” star has been roped in for the wrestling drama.
“#Sultan @AnushkaSharma onboard!!” Sharma posted. The official Twitter page of “Sultan” also welcomed the actor on board.
“Meet Sultan’s Leading Lady! #SultanLeadingLady,” read the tweet.
The post was accompanied by a picture of Salman, 50, and Anushka, where the 27-year-old is seen hugging the “Dabangg” star.
Finally, Anushka too tweeted about it and posted the same mentioned picture. “Sultan,” she captioned the image.
