ISLAMABAD: An important meeting held over Rangers’ power issue between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah in Islamabad, TheNewsTribe.com reported.
The meeting included Minister for Interior Chaudhary Nisar and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar. On the other hand, CM Sindh will be accompanied by Sindh’s Interior Minister Sohail Anwar Sayyal and Provincial Minister for Finance Murad Ali Shah.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah showed their concerns to PM over the Rangers’ issue, Also law and order situation in Karachi, NFC Award and corruption in Sindh were part of meeting agenda.
Sources have revealed that CM Sindh complained that Federal government is interfering in provisional matters it is against sovereignty of Province, he also conveyed that they are not against Karachi Operation and it should be continued but federal interefence must be stopped.
PM told CM Sindh that Karachi Operation will remain continued as it the guarantee of peace in Karachi and their will be no compromise over it at any cost.
Meeting duration was almost 1 hour ans 20 minutes and after that CM Sindh Qaim Ali Shah left for Karachi without talking to media.
PM Nawaz had earlier on Monday invited CM Sindh to visit Islamabad to discuss the issue at hand, CM Sindh accepted the invitation.
