LAHORE: Unknown gunmen shot dead two brothers on GT road near Manawan on Sunday.
According to police, unknown motorcyclists targeted both Shahzad and Fayyaz, resident of Hair, when they were traveling in a car.
The police said the attackers intercepted them near Sootar Mill and opened fire at them before fleeing.
Both the brothers received fatal bullet injuries and died on the spot, said the police. The bodies were taken to a morgue for autopsy.
The victim are identified as property dealers. The motive behind the double murder could not be ascertained.
