BHOPAL: Family of late Nawab Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi on Tuesday moved the  High Court against the land grabber, TheNewsTribe.com learnt from Indian media.

Saif Ali Khan and his family claimed to be their ancestral properties spread in and around the Upper Lake in Bhopal.

Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan, his mother Sharmila Tagore and sisters Saba and Soha Ali Khan in their petition contended that the Indian builder taken over parts of the Upper Lake that belonged to the erstwhile Nawab of Bhopal and started using for commercial purposes.

Indian High Court issued notice to builder and City Development Department.

According to the petitioners, they own 328 acres of land in and around the Upper Lake.
