LONDON/ISLAMABAD: A key man of Dharna days and close friend of Imran Khan is busy to settle the issue with Reham Khan in London on behalf of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf’s (PTI) chairman.
A famous Urdu daily of Pakistan ‘Jung’ has written today that Pakistan born English businessman in Zulfiqar Bukhari, who is a close friend of Imran Khan met Reham in a hotel near Knights Bridge in London.
The meeting stretched on three long hours after both Reham and Zulfiqar came out of the hotel together and went in Zulfiaqar’s car. Reham’s kids were accompanied too.
Jung claimed that Reham Khan was due to speak to a press conference today but after the yesterday’s meeting, Reham’s media appearance was postponed.
According to Jung Newspaper, Zulfiqar Bukhari has been a key financier of PTI’s Dharna and has been arranging PTI’s fund raising ceremonies in London.
Zulfiqar Bukhari has a Real Estate firm in London, he is son of Pakistan’s former minister of Environment and member of PTI’s core committee, Syed Wajid Bukhari.
Jung claims that Imran Khan has handed over this responsibility to prevent Reham Khan to take any such step which can harm Imran Khan’s political career.
On the other hand, When Bukhari was asked about the matter by journalists, he replied “I’ll talk to you through my lawyer.”
