SC lifts ban on MQM head Altaf Hussain’s speeches, statements

Zain muder case :Chief Justice of Pakistan takes Somoto action | Thenewstribe.comISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has lifted ban on Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain’s broadcast of speeches and statements.

According to details, the hearing was conducted by a two member bench headed by Justice Aijaz Afzal.

It is pertinent to mention here that Lahore High Court has directed Pakistan Electronic Media Regularity Authority (PEMRA) no to broadcast any of speech, statement even a picture of Altaf Hussain.

Altaf hussain has been under serious pressure due to money laundering case, Baldia Town fire and Imran Farooq murder case these days.
