ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Andleeb Abbas lost challenge in live talk show on private news channel.

Leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Uzma Bukhari that Khyber Pakhtukhwa was high jacked by Imran Khan and Reham Khan as KP government issued a notification by Planning and Development Department (P&D) on Wednesday constituted a committee comprising senior officials of the department to review the progress of government’s special projects and to recommend any improvement to PTI chief Imran Khan and his wife Reham Khan.

Andleeb Abbas challenged that if this type of notification was issued then she will resign from PTI and after some time host of show made contact with reporter and he told the story.

According to the reporter, the notification was issued but after one day it was cancelled.

Earlier,senior reporter of Express Tribune reported that” In an apparent violation of the rules of business, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) government’s Planning and Development Department (P&D) on Wednesday constituted a committee comprising senior officials of the department to review the progress of government’s special projects and to recommend any improvement to PTI chief Imran Khan and his wife Reham Khan.

According to the notification, a copy of which is available with The Express Tribune, the committee would be headed by Chief Economist of the P&D Department while the members would include Senior Chief Energy and Power Dr Idrees Masood, Chief (Infrastructure) Abdul Haleem Bangash, Chief (Economic Analysis) Qaiser Alam, Chief Industry Mian Asim, Chief (Rural Development) Islam Afridi and Assistant Chief (Education) Nadeem Ahmad.”
