DUBAI: Pakistan cricket team has named English all-rounder Benn Stokes as ‘Angry Man’ due to his aggressive nature.
When Stokes came to bat during final day of second Test between Pakistan and England, Pakistani fieldsmen near the bat began to sledge him with his ‘new name’ but Stokes showed resistance and batted for over two hours, facing 66 balls.
Though, he just scored 13 runs, but took much tume on the crease which exactly was required by England to draw the match.
However, when he got out on Imran Khan Junior’s ball, he hit the air with his bat several times to show anger.
On the other hand, when Wahab took Joe Root’s wicket, he kicked the ball again, went to him and said “go and complaint against me again.”
