NEW DELHI: In a major security breach at Lutyens zone in New Delhi area, a foreign national was seen flying a drone near Vijay Chowk on Saturday, Hindustan times reported.
According to initial details, the drone was seeing flying between North and South Poll by the people present there.
The foreigner who was flying it escaped the scene. Delhi police has come into action and doing investigation on the issue.
