Younis Khan on Tuesday to passed Miandad’s tally of 8,832 runs scored in 124 matches during an illustrious career which stretched from 1976 to 1993. He scored 8, 852in 102 Tests, with a Pakistan record of 30 centuries.
Khan of Mardan created history and became leading runs scorer of Pakistan cricket. Since last decade Younis Khan’s average is more than 60 and Sangakkara was the player whose average is more than Younis.
YK also has the average of 54Â better than great Javed Miandad, Inzimam ul Haq and Mohammad Yousaf and any other Pakistan Test cricketer.
