Pakistan vs England 1st Test: Back injury rules Yasir Shah out

ABU DHABI: Pakistan talented leg spinner Yasir Shah has been ruled out of the first Test match against England starting today in Abu Dhabi, UAE, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to details available to TheNewsTribe.com, Yasir Shah who got back injury during net practice just a day before first Test, was feeling pain during fitness test nad thus team management decided not to risk him in the opening game, as he is the key bowler for Pakistan.

Imran Khan is set to play in his stead. A big blow for Pakistan, who will be without their twirler in chief – the fastest Pakistani to 50 Test wickets and the man England would have been most fearing.

Yasir Shah has so far claimed 60 Test wickets in just 9 Test matches.

Pakistan ODI captain Azhar Ali has already been ruled out of the first Test pertaining to his foot infection which caused him 3rd ODI against Zimbabwe.
