LAHORE: Senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League -Nawaz (PML-N) Ayaz Sadiq on Wednesday said that Nandipur power project was brain child of Pervez Muharraf.
Ayyaz Sadiq said that Nandipur power project was started by in the government of General (rtd) Pervez Musharraf. He also told that Pakistan Peoples Party completed 75 percent this project.
Earlier, Federal Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Asif said that government is ready for any kind of investigation regarding Nandipur power project.
Khawaja Asif presented the details about Nandipur power project in Senate on Wednesday session. He claimed that government led by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz should not be blamed because at least 35 percent project completed by the time PML-N took over.
On the other hand, Aitzaz Ahsan slammed PML-N over Nandipur project. He said that Nandipur project scandal should be filed in Military Courts.
