SHEIKHUPURA: A deadly collision of passenger coach with a trailer has killed at least two people while more than 30 others sustained injuries as in Sheikhupura on Tuesday.
According to details, the incident took place at Sheikhupura Motorway due to drowsy driving of coach’s driver.
The coach rammed into trailer and overturned, killing two passengers on the spot and injuring more than 30.
On getting the information, the rescue team arrived at the scene but was unable to recover the corpses from the coach until now due to which the companions are staging protest on the road.
Moreover, the deceased were from Rawalpindi, Taxila and Azad Kashmir who were going back to Lahore after Eid-ul-Azha holidays.
