NOWSHERA: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Thursday roared at Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, said PM has directed biggest ever pre-poll rigging by announcing agriculture package for farmers.
According to details, Nawaz Sharif has announced a Rs 341 billion relief package for farmers two days back. The package included direct cash assistance, relief in prices of agriculture inputs, provision of agriculture loans and the procedure of loans were made easy.
But, opposition parties have criticised the card, and termed it as pre-poll rigging.
While talking to media in Nowshera, KP, Pakistan, PTI chief said that Nawaz Sharif should have announced farmers’ relief package in the annual federal budget.
Commenting on Asif Ali Zardari, Co-Chairman of Pakistan peoples Party (PPP) he said that Zardari ran away to Dubai due to fear of corruption cases but nation is asking for accountability across the country.
Referring to arrest of KP minister Ziaullah Afridi, Imran Khan said that the federal government should learn accountability from the KP government.
Khan said their real battle with government is in Lahore but they have been stopped from campaigning there.
It is to be kept in mind that PTI has put Aleem Khan as its candidate in NA-122, Lahore.
