Surveillance and scanning system installed at Karachi’s entrance

KARACHI: Sindh Rangers has installed the surveillance and scanning system at the entrance point of port city Karachi, TheNewsTribe.com reported.

According to spokesman Sindh Rangers, a scanning vehicle system has been installed at the toll plaza which will help in scanning all kind of material inside any truck or container and it will ultimately help in protecting illegal import export of weapons and drugs in Karachi.

While telling about the details of the system Rangers spokesman Col Nadeem told, it is a truck like system and 4 people operate it, scanning vehicle is 4 m long.

Initially 3 scanning vehicles have been imported from china on trial basis which will help in monitoring the in and out heavy traffic at entrance of Karachi, also it will help in checking illegal goods.
