Several people injured in Islamabad blast

ISLAMABAD – Several people were injured on Wednesday in a blast occurred in capital of Pakistan, Islamabad. 

According to details, blast reported in Al Falah building in E-11/4 sector of Islamabad.

Five people were injured in explosion but no casualties  reported so far.

Police officials said that cylinder blast took place in the medicine factory caused burn injuries to four to five persons. After the cylinder blast, building transformer caught the fire and blasted after couple of minutes.

Officials said that transformer blast badly damaged the one side of the building and caused more injuries.

 According to unofficial sources, five to nine injured people  were shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad.
