Jurassic World’s three days business exceeds 5 countries’ GDP

NEW YORK: The sight of roaring dinosaurs on big screen has so much fascinated its audiences around the globe that the movie has turned all previous records upside down in less than a week of its release.

Yeah! The Hollywood block buster “Jurassic World” has devoured the record book this weekend with its unprecedented global opening. The movie has earned the highest-grossing weekend of all time with $524.4 million.

The notable point is that the animated thriller’s first three days’ business surpassed Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of seven countries of the world.

The island Kingdom of Tonga, the South Pacific’s last Polynesian monarchy, has the annual GDP of

$466.6 million, according to World Bank 2013 report.

The Federated States of Micronesia has the total GDP of $310 million per annum, Palau’s $247 million, Marshall Islands $190.9 million, Tuvalu $38.3 million per annum.
