Don’t be an askhole!

Are you an errorist? An askhole? Or a cellfish person? Stunned…? Did these terminologies bounced beyond your head? Well, you do not need to be struck with these paced bouncers.

These words are actually collected from urbandictionary.com, which is basically a dictionary of modern slang. This is probably the most complete dictionary of modern slang, but it’s also full chock-full of nonsense.

Since we live in global world, where technology has turned everything modernize. So in order to keep up the pace with this rapidly changing world, the languages also need to maneuver accordingly.

The internet has produced a new crop of words for stuff, and while you may not like all of them, but some of them are really clever combos that seem like they might actually be useful!

Let us introduce you to the ten most attention-grabbing words, each social media users must add to its word-bank.

#1 CELLFISH

(adj) An individual who continues talking on their phone so as to be rude or inconsiderate of other people.

So very common thing recently, represented nicely with the word.

You can find dozens of ‘cellfish’ people around with hands down. This species has strengthened its roots since world has become mobilized (here, introduced to mobile phones).

#2 YOUNIVERSE

(n) Used to indicate that the person has knowledge only of him or herself; their universe consist only of themselves.

Extremely self-centered! The world is full of people from this kind, you can see such people in your school, college, universities, neighborhood, sometimes within your own family. No wonder, you can be of that kind too.

#3 ASKHOLE

(adj) Someone who asks many stupid, pointless, or obnoxious questions.

Well, to be frank, I had an askhole friend in early days of my school, and my teacher always told himnot to be a nerd. If this word was introduced earlier, it would have surely been his pet peeve.

#4 NONVERSATION

(n) A complete worthless conversation; small talk.

Another one similar to that is nocializing. It’s when a group of people are all together, either messaging or playing games on the phone.

We often experience such sort of ‘nonverstaions’ with our buddies. We can talk for hours with our besties despite having ‘nothing to talk.’

#5 TEXTPECTATION

(n) The anticipation felt when waiting for a response to a text.

Well, this is the common problem for almost all youngsters. Especially those who are in relationships suffer from this ‘situation’ the most.

And when this feeling get so intense that you have nervous laugh, it’s called textickle.

What about the feeling of gratitude if you receive text-back? It can be called textification. It’s gratification plus satisfaction.

#6 ERRORIST

(n) Someone who repaetedly makes mistakes, or is always wrong.

Wow! plausibly a polite way to say idiot?

This term probably describes me the best. Well, ‘to err is human’ (I can still use this saying as a face saving.)

#7 UNKEYBOARDINATED

(adj) when you are unable to type without repeatedly making mistakes

What should we say over this terminolgy other than that ‘ practice makes perfect.’

Well, ‘Dysgraphia’ is an official term for that.

#8 UNLIGHTENING

(v) learning something that makes you dumber.

It is a punch-line for college / university students, as they have to ‘suffer’ from many subjects which instead of enlighting thier brains, ‘unlighten’ them.

While for young kids, it is when they read newspaper.

#9 HIBERDATING

(v) when a person ignores their friends in favour of a boyfriend/girlfriend.

Someone may call it true love or something, but they usually end up completely alone when the boyfriend/girlfriend dumps them. I have seen that happening more than once.

#10 DUDEVORCE

(n) when two bros officially end their friendship.

Perfect description! ‘Chickvorce’ or ‘Ladyvorce’ can be a ladies version for that.
