FAISALABAD: Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir said that he was focused on joining Pakistan’s national side for next year’s World Twenty20 tournament.
Mohammad Amir said in an interview after impressive bowling in the domestic matches at the Haier Super 8 T20 Cup that he is completely focusing on returning for national side for the upcoming T20 World Cup in India.
“My focus is on returning for Pakistan in the World Twenty20 in India next year,” Amir said.

Amir also picked up a wicket on the first ball he bowled after his relaxation of the 5 year ban by the ICC.
The 23-year-old, who was banned with then Pakistan Test captain Salman Butt and pace partner Mohammad Asif in a spot-fixing case in England in 2010 and only he has been allowed to play in domestic matches before his five-year ban ends on September 2.
