ISLAMABAD – The capital city Islamabad is observing the complete Shutter Down Strike as a protest against the government decision of closing the market at 8pm on Tuesday.
The business community register their utmost concern that they cannot shut down the markets at 8pm because it is the peak time of business.
The Trade unions and market owners ask the government to extend the time because this limit is hindering the business plans of the traders especially in Islamabad.
Now the market owners and trade unions are observing the complete shutter down strike here in the capital city Islamabad on Tuesday.
Their demand is that the government should take back their decision or atleast extend the time for 2 to 3 hours.
The notable markets observing the strike includes Karachi Company, Jinnah Super Market, Super Market etc.
The traders warned the government that if government did not give response to their strike they would cease the markets for the longer duration and the aggression will continue.
