LAHORE: As votes counting are continuing after the local bodies elections in cantonment boards on Saturday, PML-N has won LB polls in unofficial results.
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has clinched 68 seats to secure top spot while Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) grabbed 42 to claim third place in elections
Surprisingly, independent candidates captured 55 seats to claim the top position in the elections.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement secured 19 seats. The Jamat-e-Islami has secured seven seats while the Awami National Party has bagged two seats.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) captured eight seats.
