ATC once again issues death warrants of Saulat Mirza

KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court Karachi (ATC) has issued death warrants to Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) death row prisoner Saulat Mirza.

According to reports, ATC has issued the death warrants in which court ordered to execute Saulat on April 1.

Saulat’s execution had been postponed by the government for 30 days following a video massage of the prisoner on aired on private TV channel.

The execution was postponed for further investigation from the prisoner regarding his allegation which he pointed at MQM chief Altaf Hussain.

Now once again his death warrants were issued but ATC Karachi.

Earlier, the court issued the death warrants of Saulat following the dismissals of all mercy appeals from the criminal.

He had been scheduled to hand on March 19 which was postponed at very last moments by the government following a video leaked on private TV Channel.
