Rain interrupts play one again: Match reduced to 47 overs

AUCKLAND: Pakistan off to a good start against South Africa as they managed to score 197 runs in 40.1 overs on loss of 5 wickets.

Sarfarz Ahmed who was finally given a chance in the World Cup proved his selection right as he scored 49 runs jus facing 49 bowls before getting run out.

On the other hand Ahmed Shehzad lost his wicket after scoring 18 runs courtesy of brilliant running catch by Dale Steyn while Younis Khan finally got some runs under his belt. He scored 37 runs.

Misbah (51) and Shahid Afridi (11) are still out on the crease.

Kyle Abbott took two wickets so far in the match.
