Younis expected to open against India

ADELAIDE: Ahmed Shehzad and Younis Khan are expected to open for the Green-shirts when Pakistan take on India in their first match of the World Cup.

According to Geo News, the star batsman Younis Khan is expected to open the innings along with Ahmed Shehzad against India.

Nasir Jamshed, who came in the team as Hafeez’s replacement, is expected to stay on the bench at least against India due to his bad form.

Due to this decision, leg-spinner Yasir Shah who has been performing consistently could be included in the team as an extra bowler.
