BEIJING: Army Chief General Raheel Sharif on Monday held important meetings with senior Chinese leadership in Beijing and discussed matters of bilateral interest.
The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) hold meeting with Chairman Peoples Conference Yu Zhengsheng. Yu Zhengsheng said that Pakistan has always stood by China. The Chinese leader said Pakistan is our most reliable friend. He said the government and people of China help and stand by Pakistan it in all respects.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi during his meeting with COAS said that Pakistan is China’s irreplaceable all weather friend and both countries are part of community of shared destiny.
In his meeting with COAS, Member Politburo Mr Meng said Pakistan and China have consistent policy beyond individuals. He said Pakistan’s concern is China’s concern.

Thanking Chinese leaders for support General Raheel Sharif said world must understand evolving environment. He said greater international focus and coordination needed to logically conclude fight against terrorism.
