PMLN MNA Rai Mansab Ali Khan passes away

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Member National Assembly (MNA) Rai Mansab Ali Khan has passed away.

He was elected from NA-137 Sheikhupura on PML-N ticket in general election 2013.

Rai Mansab was one of the senior leaders of the party and was elected on this seat for three times on PML-N ticket.

Rai Mansab Ali Khan, born on September 15, 1938, in Nankana Sahib, was also elected as a Pakistan Muslim League Quaid-i-Azam (PML-Q) candidate.

An agriculturist by profession, he had BA and LL B degrees from University of the Punjab.

Married and father of four daughters, Rai Mansab Ali Khan travelled to the U.S.A, U.K, India, Nepal and Bangladesh.
