DUBAI: A Pakistani electrician has won a one-carat diamond in a lucky draw at the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF).
According to reports, the expensive diamond won by Abu Bakker who hasn’t spent a penny to buy the ticket.
He told media that he found the coupon laying on the floor and he filled it with required data.
Bakker said that he hasn’t received the diamond yet, and also not decided what to do with that.
