ATC indicts Pervez Musharraf in Nawab Akber Bugti murder case

QUETTA: Former president General retired Pervez Musharraf has been indicted by Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in Nawab Akbar Bughti murder case, local media reported on Wednesday.

According to reports, ATC also framed charges on former interior minister Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao and former provincial interior minister Mir Shoaib Noshwani in the case.

The hearing of the case will be started from February 4 and will be conducted on daily basis.

Pervez Musharraf hasn’t appeared in any hearing of the case.

Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti was killed in 2006, along with 37 armed men in a military operation in Chalgri area of Bhamboor hills of Dera Bugti district.
