World Cup 2015: PCB issues code of conduct for Pakistani players

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced code of conduct for Pakistani players included in the World Cup 2015 squad, local media reported on Tuesday.

PCB restricted the squad members to travel along their families during the World Cup 2015 revising its previous decision when players were allowed to take their family members.

The board also considered banning social media activities of all cricketers, however, formal announcement of the code of conduct is due to release.

Earlier on January 7, PCB announced 15-member World Cup 2015 squad including two openers, five middle order batsman, two spinners, a wicket keeper and five fast bowler.

Pakistan World Cup 2015 Squad: Misbah-ul-Haq (Skipper), Shahid Afridi, Mohammad Hafeez, Ahmed Shahzad, Sarfraz Ahmed, Haris Sohail, Mohmmad Irfan, Yasir Shah, Sohail Khan, Ahsan Adil, Junaid Khan, Sohaib Maqsood, Umar Akmal, Younis Khan, Wahab Riaz.
