Government of Punjab has slashed the price of 20-kg wheat bag by Rs25.

The wheat bag which was available for Rs 785 will now cost Rs 760 per bag.
The prices of cooking oil are also likely to be slashed from January 1.
Petroleum prices are also expected to be brought down from January 1 as Prime Minister has given a hint in this regard.
