PTI demanded to denounce protest for dialogues

ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Sunday urged the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to denounce protests after resumption of dialogues with the Pakistan government.

Ishaq Dar demanded PTI to end its anti-government protests for sake of deteriorated economy of the country.

He said that the government had formally invited the protesting political party on table to resolve all issues through dialogues.

He claimed that the 2013 general election of the country was declared ‘transparent’ by international observers, however, the federal government agreed to probe into rigging allegations by judicial commission within boundaries of the Constitution.

The finance minister said the PTI was asked for commencing dialogues from Sunday’s night and to end political show in Faisalabad but the political party rejected to change its plan at any cost.

He further said that the government would make decision for dialogues after PTI demonstration in Faisalabad scheduled tomorrow.
